Movable rolling production lines in the factory offer great flexibility, with 90% of designs able to be accommodated, and early stage interaction with our in-house design team allows architects full creative freedom.

Our technology has a remarkable 'transfer platform' facility, whereby a building can be constructed using a combination of traditional and modular methods. This unique ‘transfer platform’ technology can add extensions to buildings that already have foundations to hold additional floors, the great advantage being that new floors can be added with minimal work to the existing buildings and with little or no disruption to the building’s existing users.

As the modules are constructed off-site in a controlled environment, very little dust or dirt is generated on building sites, compared to traditional building methods. Furthermore, noise pollution is greatly reduced and on-site accidents are avoided as work is not carried out at heights.

A crucial feature of the technology is that it promotes the use of high quality materials. Roof structures can be pitched, mono-pitched or as the customer desires. Ceilings are finished as for traditional buildings, in accordance with local requirements for both thermal and fire regulations, and are mainly under-drawn with cement particle boards, traditional tapered edge plasterboard and skimmed to finish.
